ISO 22000 specifies requirements for a food safety management system (FSMS) covering all organizations in the food chain from “farm to fork”. The standard combines generally recognized key elements to ensure food safety along the food chain.
This standard allows any organization, including small and/or less developed organizations (e.g. a small farm, a small packer-distributor, a small retail or food service outlet) to use internal and/or external resources to meet the requirements.

The course enhance skills and knowledge of persons who wish to conduct internal audits based on ISO 22000 or wish to attend higher level of trainings e.g. lead auditor etc.

All level of person willing to become certified internal auditor and wishing to attend higher level courses such as Lead Auditor courses.

Internal Auditor Training Certificate is awarded to candidates who pass examination while Attendance certificate is issued to others.

This course provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third party audits of food safety management systems against ISO 22000, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
