Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO and AEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, and service pages for targeted keywords.
• Create and manage content strategies aligned with certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including backlink building and schema markup.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
• Ensure TUV Apex content is optimized for Answer Engines (Google Featured Snippets, AI-driven search results, voice search).
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to align SEO with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO and AEO (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of search algorithms, ranking factors, and AI-driven search behavior.
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with structured data, schema markup, and answer engine optimization.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

• Planning and executing third-party audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
• Coordinating and actively participating in EIAC audits to ensure alignment with ISO 17021:2015 requirements.
• Engaging in pre-audit activities, which involve reviewing applications, calculating audit man-days, and preparing audit plans.
• Conducting onsite audits and actively generating audit reports.
• Reviewing corrective actions, closing audit findings, and participating in the decision-making process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• IRCA-approved Lead Auditor/Training qualification in one or more standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of auditing experience with certification bodies or industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, auditing techniques, and accreditation requirements (IAF/ISO/IEC).
• Fluency in English is required
