Confidential Poicy

Apex standardization certifications is a legal entity, it keeps all information of its client confidential by adopting following principles:
  • All the information obtained during the performance of certification activities are kept confidential by the staff members of Apex.
  • Apex takes written consent of the certified client before sharing the information to the third party otherwise information shall not be disclosed expect for that information which is allowed by the standard.
  • Apex is required by law or authorized by contractual arrangements (such as with the accreditation body) to release confidential information, the client or individual concerned shall, unless prohibited by law, be notified of the information provided.
    Information about the client from sources other than the client (e.g. complainant, regulators) shall be treated as confidential, consistent with the certification body’s policy.
  • Apex informs the client, in advance, of the information which are intended to place in the public domain. All other information, except for information that is made publicly accessible by the client, shall be considered confidential.
